We had uncrossed our fingers a few weeks ago. The sale of our home was contingent on the buyers selling their home, and a few weeks they asked for an extension on our selling agreement. We had already lost a month and half of prime summer market time, and they were not getting a lot of activity.

On Monday July 14th, the deal fell through, and it was terminated. So, we are back on the market with no departure date. As I write this, we have already had one showing, two days after landing back on the market.
