When we moved into this Big Nest almost 6 years to the day we sold it, there were four us, with a part-time boyfriend of our daughter, two dogs and two cats. We grew to add a half dozen chickens and a pair of goats.

In those 6 years the kids moved out, some more chickens were added, a set of parents moved in, then they moved out. Then one by one, our daughter and son moved back in, and then back out. One of the goats passed, and the parents moved back in and out again.

We finally felt like everyone was settled so it was time to clean the house, empty out, and sell just about everything to go on an Empty Nest Adventure!
